Histamine, 24 hour Urine, Serum
Sample: (3 mL min.) aliquot of 24-hour Urine. Collect urine with 10 mL of 50% 6N HCl, Record 24 hour volume. Avoid direct sunlight, antihistamines, oral corticosteroids and H2 receptor blockers, 24 hours prior to specimen collection.
