Sample: 3 ml whole blood (blue top Sodium Citrate tube)
Overnight fasting
Patient should avoid Heparin for 1 day and Oral Anticoagulants for 7 days prior to specimen collection.
Method: Electro mechanical clot detection
TAT: 3-5 days
